We have had a lot of clients approaching us recently wanting to study in the UK. This is a great way of extending your time in the UK, however what we are finding is that a small group have worked more than their Working Holiday Visa allocated 12 months.
What this means is that they have broken the rules of their visa. This makes it very difficult for them to then approach the UK Border Agency to apply for another visa. In a lot of these cases we recommend they do not apply to avoid being penalised.
For those of you who are still within your 12 month work allotment please bear this in mind. You never know if you may want to extend your stay in the future.
